there is no great secret, it's just getting shorted by dayers. Once there is no more action for then at these levels, then they will probably let it run.
it's definitely undervalued, but then again plenty of stocks are undervalued, the whole market so that's the real value for today.
Just got to remember if a share runs, do not buy it on a high, because you will feel low once it gets sliced down by the cane cutters.
