1. It is a good buy but it doesn't change the fact its been heavily shorted suggesting unclear near term price trend. Claiming it is a good buy is the reason shorter short it doesn't make sense? Its a good buy on long term fundamental provided price for lithium go up and imo capital risk is low but risk of not having great return is HIGH, there are certainly alternatives that will be more secure but lesser return.
What you failed to understand is risk is multi-dimensional. What is a good buy for me isn't a good buy for you. How much can you afford to risk, how long do you plan your exposure. Plainly said I'm 23 years old, I can afford to lose money on GXY, what if a major downward economical cycle hits in 2020 when projected lithium price is about to go up? I can ride it out, or projected lithium price drop and its recovery at 2021 because I don't need the money in 10 or maybe even 15 years. How would you deal with that if you are 65 investing with your retirement fund? Would you go on to HC and complain about how people tricked you into buying this or shorters have no respect for mum and dad investors when everyone here is literally just here for the money?
P.S. Far too many punters here expected this short term thing and complain about stock prices and irresponsibly push others to buy at bad times.
