Not necessarily. It's just that the "big boys" aren't ready to let this (and other Li stocks) run just yet. There's a whole lot of back-filling to be done before we see any release of the share price.
We just need to show the same patience we were showing last week. Nothing has changed - GXY is performing well, but the market we operate within is in the doldrums. No manner of retail investor buying or ramping will change that.
