Sometimes you have to look through previous postings and simply acknowledge each post on its own merits. I used to start reading posts with an initial bias of what someone has written in the past.
I have taken sydneyguy's post on face value and not read too much into the motivation of the poster.
It seems the market is in violent agreement with him, so we all need to be objective when reading his posts.
I agree there are some positive factors not considered/ communicated in the post. However, there's a lot of good commentary contained within.
There could be an update on Bald Hill that may turn people's perception of the value of the A40 debt investment...... that could be positive??
