    I'm not a lawyer, but with research reports giving us a valuation of over double our current price, I don't think that a private takeover by Ron Lauder would get by without a fight from other retail shareholders and the capital group and would not be supported by an external opinion, even if he owns a large portion of the company. And that is before the requirement to pay extra for a control premium. So we can get rid of those conspiracy theories.
