I would also add that anyone who believes that management /Board don't know what is happening with the share price are very naive.

They have access to the full registry on a daily basis. Even if shares are purchased through 3rd parties they can easily make enquiries through contacts to find who is purchasing/selling.

Any outside arrangements which may include lending /borrowing or short selling by management /directors would require some form of approval/acknowledgment by Board. This would include Ron.

So they do know what is going on and they have been lucky to date that ASIC/ASX hasn't pushed them further to explain their understanding to the market.
