There are many reasons to list or merger with another company that will assist in your corporate goals.
The merger did not create extra capital, the vendor contributed independently out of his own rather deep pockets.As also has been mentioned elsewhere Eytan did not bail out of his shares if that is what you are implying, he resigned as a director but remains as a consultant.Please continue posting your views as it is important to have a balanced debate, but please check your facts beforehand .
