A bet on FLC is a bet of an emerging trend: Decentralisation. As the rate of urbanisation outpaces the rate of infrastructural development, there will be backlog in meeting the demand of water. This is where Nirobox and MABR comes in. And we are seeing this demand in mid sized cities in Africa (Ethiopia), Cape Town etc
But China is the fastest place where this need of meeting decentralised locations eg rural and small communities, buildings and dwellings in remote areas, is going to take place
A strong hint in the 4C IMO has already given when the contracts are coming in : after CNY and before the onset of the second quarter. Once China makes the breakthrough with C-MABR, SUBRE will follow. However, these breakthroughs of new technology need to take time. And once the momentum of decentralisation takes place, it will be hard to stop. Take the long view please.
