Okay seems like the 6,122,983 trade was related to two entities (Energy Technology Ventures and GE Ventures) neither appear on the top 20 list as of yesterday (I just asked for one from the company) and their combined holdings as of 28th Jan was exactly 6,122,983.. after a little internet searching , both entities are GE owned so it makes sense that they would exit together (assuming they have actually exited rather than just holding under a different name/nominee account)
the actual top 20 now own 72.4pct vs 71.7pct as of end of Jan , so from my point of view thats all good. As too who was the buyer unfortunately Citi Nominees was the largest increase (11.3mio shares) so no way of knowing if the shares are in 'safer' hands!
I am continuing to add to my position at current levels and if it dips more
