I think the bid at 0.775 was unrealistically low and still doesn't really make much sense to me. Don't forget the buyers on top of the queue are also trying to get the jump....so assuming the buyers have placed limit orders why would they not get their shares at the 0.775.

I only ever see these stupid bids in the opening and closing auctions....however I am easily confused

This happens on every stock , nothing to be concerned about. Just people who want to sell at the opening price and be at the front of the queue
