Instos see the same graphs and draw the same lines, if they want to accumulate - they will allow the short term money to self inflict damage and break through any support in relatively small volumes and then accumulate after the panic selling is complete.
Hopefully enough short term traders get burnt enough on FLC and move onto another stock. This is not an easy stock to trade in the short term.
