Hey Paintman,

If you ignore the spike o Feb 1-3 following the quarterly, your chart clearly shows it has tried three times to take and hold 55-56 since late December.

Shift your green line up.

The way I see it, this is the major support-resistance level in the short term. It really needs to get up there and stay. A really solid bit of news would do it, as it would show the recent contract wins are part of broader fundamental momentum.

If not, grind away, consolidate, build up a head of steam so to speak, move on. It will get there, just a matter of time.
