The rush will come when certification in any region is granted or even a small contract is signed with any Chinese partner. I reckon many still doubt that Fluence will be able to conduct business unfettered across China, but certification or a contract will be the signal that we're in.
Even if China does not turn out to be the cash cow we're hoping for (it will) Fluence has proven tech across the entire water space that will generate sales across the rest of the world for many years to come. The current sp is irrelevant if you have at least a medium term horizon.
