Agree - Lauder is playing an extremely long game here & he has been building this company for about 20 years!
I take it at face value - the investor roadshows haven't been very successful due to the revenue slippage and timing of profitability. The smart money knows it can buy in later as we approach a maiden profit, just as the board knows they can exercise options rather than buying on market.
Over the next 18 months the sales ramp will continue and there'll be an increase in market cap until we are ready for a US listing.
Whatever happens, we have come this far so it's highly probable that selling now wouldn't achieve a whole lot.
Plus of course this stock is a nice Forex hedge given the AUD will sink against the USD over the next few years....
