Crazy manipulation going on in the background, I had a small order sitting at 38 cents for a couple of hours this morning , finally amend to 38.5 to get it done, straight away there are 9 trades for about 500 shares in total between 37.5 and 38 cents, to bring back to 38 cents.
Dont get it!
