IMO two factors have been responsible for all the chart movements over past 1-2 years.
A. the nature of the ASX announcements which, as can be seen for example have caused the temporary spikes,
B. the effect of time, whereby the effect of the announcements fades fairly quickly and price retreats again.
In the background the China balloon has been steadily deflating however the recent China news put some air back into that balloon so we got the decent price spike. A few large orders out of China is what will really capture Mr Market's imagination when also combined with the existing contracts in other localities. imo.
