It's public exposure by the broker for PET. I own a few tens of thousands of FLC as a "maybe" so I'm not deep into following them. However, I follow market talk through various channels and I may have once heard about FLC somewhere - but PET is mentioned at least every couple of weeks somewhere. Whoever is their broker is out there issuing something "about" them which is picked up by the mob and passed on. And there seems to be many investors/traders who follow what some brokers are saying - for right or wrong. Take VOCus for example - 12 months ago it was being pushed hard by many for a couple of months and rose and rose - then died and basically disappeared until AGL had a little dalliance last week.
