Have to agree with the general theme of the analysts not having much idea. I have noticed so many being very wide of the mark in so many cases especially in the last couple of years. I have put it down to attempts at manipulating the share prices to buy/sell accordingly. But if what is being said above about their having a lack of experience in broader market conditions/situations then I can accept that as being another reason for their faux pas/s (not sure of the plural of the french - it should be "les pas" I suppose. Another factor of course is that they take what others are saying and add their bit then "rinse and repeat". It does make it difficult to sort the chaff from the wheat.
