No its not......the decision by management to not announce smaller sales is yet another appauling decision by them. Up there with the 37 cent CR last year.
By not keeping investors informed at this early stage of the company, it creates doubt, which inturn creates selling. Fair enough it keeps pump n dump traders away, but long termers begin to question sales and their investment, as it becomes a guessing game. These guys were advised to raise at 37cents last year because the market was in a correction. Have a look at the rally on the all ords since. HUGE!! There needs to be a serious overhaul on who is advising and who is making decisions reguarding shareholders best interests.
