FWIW, I totally agree with everything you say, hence why I'm still holding. Just think a healthy dose of cynicism and maybe a little paranoia does not go amiss when assessing one's position in a stock.

Note the bullish/positive divergences on the MACD & RSI, highlighted with black arrows, just prior to the latest gap on 1 July.
Upto now, gap shows no sign of closing. Famous last words

Also since, the volume has remained above average and increased last three days. Most notably today (chart at 12.30pm so not yet half the day's trading done. ?)




Weekly, always more representative of trends.

Using 'my' Elder impulse system, FLC arguably remains in an uptrend (13 EMA > 26 EMA) and the latest two green bars indicate a buy.
I would not buy, but that's what it says.

Volume creeping up in last month.
