    It’s called clipping the ticket. If you think that FLC is alone with this then think again. It goes on with every stock on every exchange around the world everyday and there’s nothing you or me can do about it. More common on ASX200 listed companies. The below article may give you some more insight into it. Flash boys is also another good book to read which will go into more detail about it.
