    I don't see a H&S; they normally signal a long-term trend reversal from bull - to - bear.

    Often it takes one or two attempts to break upwards from bear trends; I think this is what have are seeing. First attempt was in April; failed, fell back to 0.365. This is the second attempt - will it hold? Yet to be seen.
