stockrock, I believe we would have to know the contents of the term sheet before being able to judge if it is now purely up to Fluence to decide whether to go ahead with the loan. From my reading of it this term sheet is more just like the common version where basic details have been agreed but due dilligence by the lender and the finer points still have to be sorted and agreed. A bit like an elegant version of a MOU.
Maybe you have heard something more definite, it would be excellent news to see this stitched up in the near future.
