A brief look at your T-20. It seems as though the bottom 7 have sold into the hands of your top shareholder, RSL. RSL have bought a rough total of 26M shares, with your bottom releasing essentially the same amount. In fact, there are a few areas of accumulation and release. Stable hands starting to have a vice grip.
The data supplied above is by Morningstar and accurate on 3 Apr 2019. I'm getting the comparison from Comsec Shareholder data, based on 31 Jul 2019. From what I can tell, the highlights above are accurate, but they may be exchanging through nominee accounts.
I'm only doing a surface-level analysis of this stock, for now, as I'm planning on swinging this not investing (if I do, it will be a dollar-cost averaging strategy based on 1W Wave Trend Lows). What I'm getting from this picture is a tax-loss event occurred. The low T20s sold off probably because they have been heavily impacted by the macro investment climate. So FLCs resident billionaire is absorbing the shares from all the millionaire sellers during a time of global uncertainty - nice. This is pure speculation and one that is likely to have errors as I skimmed the data but it is an interesting lead to follow into a deeper dive. Now onto the charts.
Using the 4H since I'm circling for an entry. ADX still in a weak trend so using a mix of momentum-based indicators and an oscillator to get an accurate read. First off, the sales volumes at the moment are definitely within retail range, nothing to write home about. The DI- has shown a rejection of a bullish cross so further bearishness is expected. This is confirmed by the Wave Trend converting from weakly bullish to a bearish state and the AO breaching its trend. COmpacted by the TMF showing negative cash flow.
The stock breached its ST trend inside the Bid/Ask range on the 12th of Aug and has shown a decline outside of that range making the range invalid. However, it has bounced off the 42.5c FIB support (38.2% level, there's a mistake on chart), which I suspect will be tested again. If breached then it validates a fall to the 38.5c level and the POC 36c turbulence/accumulation zone. I would be happy buying between 40-43c as I stated in my previous post (it's a decent accumulation area since the overall POC is rising to 41.5c), but since 38.5c level might be in play and with the weaknesses shown on the indicators I might wait in hopes or split my purchase in two. @stockrock I'll be around as long as she remains liquid to trade. I might be around a lot longer if she goes from trade grade to investment. GLTAIs and GLTATs
