Ronald Lauder is our largest shareholder (157m shares including recently released from escrow of a lazy 100m shares in July). In the Q2 update, our CEO said he spoke to Ronald recently and confirmed that Ronald had no plans to sell any shares now or in the foreseeable future.

That's a fair lick (29%) locked up right there.

There was quite a bit of register movement post merger and cap raisings, but that has somewhat settled down after Capital Group sold out to Watermark (as mentioned in my previous post). That was in my mind, the moment the stock ended its downtrend and is now at the early stages of a slightly different trajectory.

Looking at the capital history of this young merged company, a fair amount of capital was raised at or around the merger in 2017 at 85 cents. There was also a cap raising at 37 cents where both instos and retail holders participated.
