Wizard, I feel your pain (although thankfully my buy in is around these levels due to being in from the early EMC days). The story hasn't played as out as it seemed (over promised) it would back then and, despite what seems to be ongoing progress, the share price has suffered. Whilst I myself have had thoughts similar to yourself I have to say that given how long you have been on this ride for the potential upside on the IC deal with confirmation to market and hopefully sentiment change would seem to outweigh the risk in cutting loses now (on a downside risk analysis at least).

There really does seem to have been genuine significant progress in China over the past 12 months in particular with potential ongoing news around the corner (although admittedly that feels to have been the case for a number of years).
