FWIW, my opinion re the 'million share man' is that the intention was always to put pressure on the share price so the share price would fall and set off stop losses, just below cap raising price.
Tick, done! He is still there but will disappear later.....ask yourself why they would put the order to sell 1 million on today at 49.5 when, without any announcement, there is no way the order will be executed.
Time for the person/company who wanted more shares to try to find more impatient sellers before the next announcement. This game is being well played and is very successful, but only so long as there is no announcement.
