    Forget about instos in cap raisings. Meaningless, as you've all seen. Concentrate on the smart money activity. Which has been totally absent to date. That's all you need to know. Painstakingly dissecting a 4c bit by bit and thousands of hours of research. Takes 10 minutes to identify if or when this thing will m ake anyone any money. Other than management of course. Imo.
