Frankly I am confused by what’s going on in the USA. In the name of democracy, policies change depending on whether the elephant or the donkey enters the room.
China is a lot easier to predict. When a calamity like this happens, their honour is at stake and the country is mobilised. Have a read of the attached article. Watch 2020. They will embrace technology to solve their problems , including treating rural waste water, because they want to leap frog the west and all of us Asian Tigers.
