Every time we've poked down to 30 on the RSI we've enjoyed a little rally averaging 30%. Although momentum is undoubtedly down, we may rally up to the top of the trend channel purely on oversold speculation. However, there isn't much (if any) support below. The price action we're seeing is not conducive to the fundamentals but there is a lot of irrationality in the market right now.
I would hold this stock if there weren't such fantastic opportunities in other sectors.
