Fletty, I hope this is the start of a sustained upmove, but it will depend upon cash recipt from IC.

The trading today differed from what we have had in the past-both the buy and sell side got stacked heavily with orders in the immediate vicinity of price, and it looked like price was being held......I did wonder if the IC announcement isnt far off and someone was trying to get set.

Nevertheless, the close on average volume was good and turned the DMI signal positive-also, forgot to mention this morning that both the 40 and 15dma are now rising.

Baby steps, but the 3 months of building a base in the mid to high 20's is a positive, imho
