    Certainly to be taken with a grain of salt.

    Considering FLC has been trading (mostly) between 26-30c for the past 4 months, and a $0.008 price movement has changed an automated system from a sell to a buy signal, I'd still be waiting for a good break of 30c and a re-test of that area to signal a buy from a TA perspective.

    This 4 month period of range-bound trading looks like the tightest channel of such trading since the EMC days.
