While it's easy to sit on the outside and commentate the performance of management, surely after three and half years of hemorrhaging and wiping 80% of the company value since the merger, they have to step back, take accountability, realise what they are doing is not good enough, work out why, and address it.

Henry's nauseating persistence with touting themselves as the leading decentralised blah blah blah is not inspiring anyone. They need to address why China has been slower than anticipated, why they are yet to see benefits from the 7000 partners that Ronald McDonald supposedly brought with him. And they need to come up with a clear strategy with a bit substance that outlines an achievable growth plan with transparent metrics to keep them to account.

And maybe, just maybe, hit a deadline for once.
