My musings........
1/ Negative sentiment-you only have to read a few of the comments on here to see that there is no shortage of that. And this is as a result of the next few points.

2/ Lack of positive news-delay after delay......no new reportable deals for a while. So close to making a profit.......but oh so far. And I guess the reliance on the IC deal receipt shows the lack of depth to the profitability.

3/ Expected capital raising in lieu of delay in receipt form IC. I would normally expect to see some buying ahead of a cap raise so the best price can be obtained in the cap raise from institutions, unless the person selling is clearing their books of stock to take part in the next Cap raise at lower prices. Unlikely as the IC receipt could be received sooner rather than later and if that occurs, the FLC price should get a lift and be higher and hence the cap raise price could be higher.

4/ Lack of institutional interest-a given having watched the price fall so far........seems only insiders and retail investors are interested. And if that is the case, who is the institution who keeps offloading-and for what reason?

5/ Someone driving the price down for a cheap takeover. Possible but you would have to have the larger holders in on the idea and know they are in your corner. This is part of the reason I am averaging down, so that if it is a takeover play, at least I am limiting my losses, as I would expect the takeover would have to be over the last CR price (just an expectation). I dont think this is the forerunner in reasons, but it could be.

6/ Does FLC look like a company that doesn't have a good product nor the ability to generate revenue?-NO
Does FLC have the wherewithal to be a profitable and growing company-an emphatic YES.

7/ Is there price manipulation in the stock price? -possibly, or are the fake buy orders being placed everyday under the current price just a way of getting mug punters like me to buy more as the person putting the fake buy orders offloads their holding? Is this manipulation or just a smart way to sell?

So, do I still believe in this company? Yes, but I am starting to doubt my analysis.......fundamentally it looks good from a growth perspective over the long term, but then I thought that 3 years ago and I have experienced major capital erosion.

Technically, as I have said before, if I was purely buying this stock on TA, I would not be in it.

So emotion and expectation is ruling my decision with this stock......always dangerous

Just my musings, but the action in the FLC share price is getting harder and harder to watch.....and my resolve in my belief in the company is not as strong as it used to be....for obvious reasons.

Thanks Launch,

Throw in the Covid 19 disruption (uncertainty in making corporate decisions, slow-downs, production delays, refocussing energy and resources, increased risk management and priorities) across the corporate globe and BAM perfect storm for companies like FLC that operate in these countries that are experiencing expediential growth in the virus.

I still remain positive in the longer term now, its just that had you told me back in November 2019 that FLC would be 20 cents by July, I would have choked on my coffee.

Just my ramblings.
