The downside risk has to be minimal surely. I can see 20 cents though. The risk I'm assessing in buying more is the prospect of this just going nowhere , floundering and tying up capital. I think this is what happens as punters get annoyed after good news and sell out on the drift back down.
We need big money deep pockets. When was the last substantial holder notice??? Just saying.
