You never know for sure. The big sell order could also be to inspire buyer confidence - it looks like someone is holding down the share price to accumulate. Therefore making people think they should be buying too. But Mr 1m could be a genuine seller sucking in buyers. Decent depth at 22 and 23 could also be artificial giving buyers even more confidence to step up. As a long term holder I hope this is not the case but would not be surprised given the history.
