well, last year during Covid19 and lockdowns everywhere, our gov stated all take overs are on hold as they all would be a low ball offers with companies sp depressed because of the pandemic...so, there can't be any t/o atm as they are not allowed....unless that changed?....and maybe, all these sp games are in preparation for low ball or even hostile t/o as some of you have been saying for quite awhile now.......I would be fuming if that was the case!....on the other hand, we have a change of a CEO who is very committed to this co...it is his baby!....I doubt very much he would be part of this....wait and see....
