There may not be a dam to burst here, just a river that gets bigger as it flows downstream.
Management did inform that orders from China would come in slowly over the next 18 months, and this is all the market cares about.
Contracts from Africa (as big as they may be) and chicken farms in Italy don't get anyone excited.
Why would anyone rush knowing all this ?
Better accumulate slowly over time. Those who predicted a bottom over and over all the way down from $1, stressing others to "buy before it's too late", probably don't have much cash left to buy anymore...
Which is too bad given how cheap it is now !
