Regarding the chart, the topic of this thread, I have looked for explanations regarding prominent features for 2017 chart, including current sp level.

Early in 2017 the company issued certain announcements containing speculative if not misleading statements, imo.

The effect of these statements was to entice new investors to get on board as big things were about to start happening in China from the sounds of it…..eg On Feb 23, 2017 the company announced “after verification of the demonstration unit at Sinorichen that partner intends to immediately launch a multi phase deployment roll out plan. In the first phase Sinorichen will use the Emefcy system for up to seventy rural installations, with the contract value for each system ranging from A$50,000-A$250,000.” There was also mention of a bid for 245 rural installations in the same announcement (however no news since about that bid).

If you want potential investors to hit the buy button, statements like those will help.

The effect of the Feb 23 ann was to halt the share price decline at the time, and help raise sp from 72c to 94c.

At 94c, short term trader profit taking and also April issue of options halted the rise and caused easing of sp back down to around 75c by May 2, as the chart shows. That price slide was then halted by ann’s about the merger, including the glossy slide pack eschewing all the benefits of the merger.

Share price subsequently peaked at 96c on May 26. However price started heading south again following the huge options issue to Henry and then to other directors. The continued absence of contract numbers out of China has started to play an increasing role in depressing sp, considering the earlier exciting statements.

In most recent times minor positive announcements are failing to have much positive impact on sp. Appear to jag a few new investors but effect only lasts a few days before down trend resumes.

My conclusion is that the sp at present is not low. The company pumped it up in the first place on the China promise, and increasing numbers of holders have become sceptical in recent times and sold. Significant take up of MABR was a prerequisite for the company achieving profit by 2019, according to Cadmon report.

Interestingly the recent contract for a single MABR was signed with Qingshuiyuan Environmental Company (not Sinorichen) for 300,000 liters/day MABR system to be installed at Luoyang City, Henan Province. The ann states the project relates to the earlier May 24 ann. However the May 24 ann focused on a 500,000 litres/day system in Xinjiang Province as first cab off the rank, but that does not appear to have happened.

What happened to the Sinorichen partner who advised in Feb “intends to immediately launch a multi phase deployment roll out plan. Is FLC having problems getting the hoped for MABR take up in China?

It took PHK about 15 years to get significant recognition and adoption in China for their unique water treatment system despite being certified (including by China) as fully safe and used in many countries for years. (I only discovered this company most recently and own no shares in it). I have back read many of their asx ann’s which reveals the challenges and the years taken to get significant uptake in various countries. Now they are there.

FLC has similarities to EDE. Unique cutting edge technology that they are trying to sell at target overseas markets. EDE is having prob’s and a poster on that thread stated something that might become pertinent to FLC…..” It is a lot of work for a new player to penetrate the market even if the product is far superior to the competition. It takes time. Time consumes cash!”

And another posted “Eden need to start delivering some decent sales updates or we are going south. Quickly. Less spruiking more substance!”

The EDE and FLC charts are pretty similar to view particularly last 6-9 months, except EDE down trend started a few months earlier and are presently down over 50% from peak. This is the risk if hoped for sales do not materialise when forecast or expected.

Some good points. IMO the share price will now only appreciate with money coming in, I can't see us going much lower though.

Your analogy with EDE seems way off.
From the two quarters - $360k vs $7000 to their yearly forecasts of $6m vs our $90m.
EDE is at the beginning of commercialization. We maybe at the beginning in China but we're full steam ahead globally.

10 or so weeks until the next Quarterly and don't forget:
