The first quarter has been the culmination of behind the scenes activity. As many holders anticipated, the catalyst for the initial price turnaround was the 27 February announcement regarding the Ivory Coast. Several other announcements since have resulted in follow through buying. While many are still behind on this investment there is certainly room for optimism. Currency at low end of two year trading band is also positive.
