Agree.
To add a small note, in my experience, companies as a general rule go very very quiet when sales agreements are being finalised. It's the one area where companies are most vulnerable to litigation. A sales agreement is significantly more contestable in a court than say, a simple statement by management about a speculative resource in exploration stage.
Directors of small, development-stage public companies have a lot more relative skin in the game than the big players, and will go very quiet during critical 'transformation' phases.
In my view, don't expect regular updates on sales agreements. Once those negotiations have started, it's pretty much radio silence until a deal is inked. This is the one time when a delay is an acceptable one. It's a red flag when there's a delay with things like drilling or assays, not sales
