I would be surprised if we see an announcement today!
Negotiations 101 with the Chinese and getting a fair deal would mean management is prepared to hold out beyond the announced date.
It appears the deal is done other than price which is the most important part of most transactions.
If a deal was to be announced today the price would be lower than it should, every day management hold out the deal would improve in favour of CKA.
I would be surprised if we see an announcement today!...
