interesting one tricky that you dont consider this as a cup and handle setup - care to say why ?

I read about cup and handle in the Thomas bulkowski book and there are certainly some parameters which match for this to be considered a C &H pattern

/we had a 30% plus rise leading to the left side edge of the cup then the rounded bottom of the cup, relatively U shaped cup, cup formation over 12 weeks, handle durtion over 1 week.

so I dont completely discount this to be a cup and handle formation - infact Bulkowski says cup and handle formed with higher left edge have a better chance of succeeding and a higher performance record over his back testing.

I'm also a student of Wyckoff VSA - reading anna coulling book right now. Very informative
