Second Peak: The advance off the lows usually occurs with low volume and meets resistance from the previous high.
Yesterdays advance of "lows" to previous high was on high volume and seeing it's only been 2-3 weeks since previous high my understanding is the chances of a double top forming are low or in other words the double top structure is weak.
But that's just my laymen view.
