Yeah you summed it up well, current outlook is worrying for most. I'm a little more optimistic as reaction with sentiment is always much worse than what the situation demands in the market. It take a couple of months for this sentiment to wash away - you see this with numerous companies that have downgraded or gone through a rough FY17 - their SP recovery is slow but it generally occurs if supported by a performing business.

The generics deflation issue has to be taken in light of real impacts to Mayne. I'd be surprised to see anything more than a 10% hit to profits, let alone the 40% that the market is pricing this at. Just my own thoughts. Guess we'll have to see and the best way to curb the sentiment is a slow release of positive information that Mayne is heading in the right direction to manage through the issue. The DOJ thing being put to bed (whether MYX is impacted or not) would also help the SP regroup - market just needs an answer of some sort rather than a looming uncertain outcome.
