But it doesn't detract from the point that the primary channel of communication with the market and investors is through notices, which NTC seems to either not know how to use to advantage or else treats with disdain.

Pebbles83's link to the ADTRAN release could explain a lot or a little about the SP decline.

From my reading of it it is not clear to me to what extent the ADTRAN involvement in the NBN is on the software and system management side rather than the DPU side. They mention that the deal covers hardware, but is that at the system management level or down in the weeds at the DPU level as well as at the system level?

Surely NTC would have to know about it if they had been given the heave-ho on the DPUs?
