By the looks of Oly's superb offerings, I am sure Australia house the hospitality might attract potential bi - lateral trade interest.
In the meantime it might not surprise you that other interested parties are on the cards. Nothing like a bit price tension amongst competing buyers , or as the now deceased founder of the Australian democrats, Don Chipp used to say, keep the bastards honest in the political sense .. no different to in demand resources buyers .. more than one interested buyer is a good start .. when you have a flood of buyers .. it's game on for the seller.
