I recommended EUC to a good accountant buddy of mine and he came back with some initial financial red flags.
He noted EUC doesn't have many assets (structural/equipment) at all, mostly cash all from issued shares which makes them very liquid where they can disappear overnight and leave us shareholders hanging dry. (I don't think Tolga will abandon ship
)
Zero purchases in 2016 and expenditure of only $48k in 2017 which is very low for a company running 3 projects.
I, myself have been more focused on the project itself and where it could lead but not much on the financial side.
