Omgwen3rds, don't read into it too much mate, I originally bought in at 24c before the price fell to 16c, I bought more at 17c and averaged down significantly. That would be my recommendation if you can afford it. It's always hard to know when to buy in, the important thing to remember is why you bought in. fundamentals will have this way north in the coming months. 28c will seem like a bargain. My opinion only, best of luck with your investment. I have a good feeling you will do well.
