Perhaps. But history shows us that KNL has a pretty strong track record of any run stalling and the SP drifting back to where it started. I don't think this trend really needs to be manipulated.
I believe it's because of regular retail holders like us that every run stalls. I think a lot of holders are a bit jaded that they haven't seen natural SP appreciation so they/we are trading each little run to make a profit and/or accumulate shares.
